VERSAILLES — The final word frisbee custom continued on its forty first 12 months at Poultry Days this 12 months. The final word frisbee event befell at Heritage Park all day June 10 and June 11.
Organized by Oshadega, the event had 32 groups compete for a event title. Groups from throughout traveled to Versailles to play within the event. Throughout the 32 groups, 14 states have been represented together with some groups from Canada.
The festivities didn’t cease on the event. From the Premier Final League, knowledgeable ladies’s final frisbee league, the Columbus Pleasure took on the Atlanta Soul of their final common season match on the observe on June 10.
It was a full crowd on the recreation with the bleachers filled with followers. Atlanta took the win, 23-19, in a backwards and forwards recreation.
At halftime of the sport, the final word frisbee cool hand egg consuming contest befell. By the egg consuming contest, Oshadega raises cash for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Since 2011, they’ve raised over $40,000.
The festivities wrapped up on June 11 as a champion was topped within the pouring rain.
