Greenville boys golf begins season with house invitational

GREENVILLE — The Greenville boys golf group started their 2023 season with the twenty seventh annual Greenville Boys Invitational at Turtle Creek Golf Course.

The Greenville completed the occasion tenth with a group rating of 380 and the Greenville B group completed thirteenth with a group rating of 421.

Ethan Sunsdahl led the group with a 79. That was tied for the fifth finest rating within the invitational. Aidan Honeyman shot a 94 within the match. Aaron Lavy shot a 102. Bryce Blumenstock and Carson Good each had a 105. Drew Beisner shot a 106.

For the Greenville B group, Will Gettinger shot a 99. Cole Oswalt had a 100. Spencer Archey, Brody Weaver and Sam Condon all had a 111. Mason Hangen shot a 113.

Head coach Brian Stickel mentioned he is aware of the children had been disillusioned of their play within the invitational, however is aware of they’ll get higher because the season goes on.

The group will journey to tackle Tippecanoe subsequent on Aug. 8 at Cassel Hills.
