DARKE COUNTY — Listed below are the notable scores and stats from this weekend’s baseball video games from April 14 – 16.
Round Darke County:
Ansonia (5-6, 3-2) defeated Fairlawn at house on April 14, 11-3. Junior Nick Burns had three RBI within the recreation. Junior Jakob Creager pitched 4 innings and racked up 10 strikeouts. Freshman Noah Heck pitched three innings and struck out 4. Ansonia then misplaced each video games of a double header on April 15 at Benjamin Logan. They first misplaced to Franklin Monroe, 13-9. Junior Keegen Weiss and sophomore Mario Barron every had two RBI. Junior Treavor Hemmerich had two hits within the recreation. They then misplaced to Benjamin Logan, 16-3. Hemmerich had a RBI within the recreation. The staff will host to Preble Shawnee on April 20 for a 5 p.m. recreation. They may then journey to Parkway on April 22 for an 11 a.m. recreation.
Arcanum (8-3, 4-1) received 7-5 at Brookville on April 15. The staff was down 5-3 coming into the seventh inning earlier than they scored 4 runs within the seventh to take the win. Senior Aiden Psczulkoski had three hits and a RBI within the recreation. Seniors Nate Kessler, Bryson Sharp and Caden Thompson every had a RBI. The staff will host Twin Valley South on April 20 for a 5 p.m. recreation. They may then go to Russia on April 21 for a 5 p.m. recreation.
Bradford (9-4, 3-2) misplaced to Miami East 3-0 on April 14. The staff had 9 hits within the recreation. Sophomore Owen Canan had three hits and junior Landon Wills had two hits. Senior Landon Monnin pitched all seven innings and struck out 5 whereas permitting 5 hits. The staff can have two straight house video games from April 20 – 22. They may first host Mississinawa Valley for a 5 p.m. recreation. They may then host Northridge the subsequent day at 5 p.m. after which play Milton Union at 6 p.m. at Day Air Park on April 22.
Franklin Monroe (6-4, 2-3) cut up a double header on April 15 at Benjamin Logan. They misplaced to Benjamin Logan, 7-4, in recreation one. Senior Cade Peters and sophomore Josh Armstrong every had two RBI. Sophomore Hudson Fasnact had 5 strikeouts in 4.2 innings of labor on the mound. They then defeated Ansonia, 13-9. Sophomores Matthew Hurley and Brady Wackler every had three RBI. Senior Cason Yount, Peters and Armstrong every had two RBI. Senior Gavin Tucker additionally had a RBI. Peters had seven strikeouts in 4 innings of labor on the mound. The staff will host Tri-Village on April 20 for a 5 p.m. recreation. They may then play Yellow Springs on April 22 at Nischwitz Stadium.
Greenville (5-4, 5-2) dropped two video games this weekend. They misplaced to Tippecanoe 10-0 in six innings on April 14. Senior Ricky Heidrich pitched 4 innings and struck out 5 batters. The staff had 4 hits and 6 errors. Greenville then misplaced at Nationwide Path, 12-8, on April 15. Sophomore Jackson Eberwein had two RBI within the recreation. Tri-Village (7-2, 4-0) defeated Randolph Southern on April 15, 10-9. The Patriots scored 4 runs within the first innings and by no means gave up the lead. Senior Joe Ruhenkamp and Carson Griesdorn and junior Michael Osborne every had two RBI. Ruhenkamp and Osborne every had three hits. They then misplaced 6-5 to Ft. Loramie within the second recreation. Osborne, senior Brayden Henry and junior AJ Griesdorn every had a RBI. Ruhenkamp had 4 strikeouts in 4 innings of labor. Senior Titus Gehret and junior Lane Bergman every had two strikeouts in an inning of labor. The staff will host St. John’s on April 20 for a 5:30 p.m. first pitch after which host Anna on April 21 for a 5 p.m. recreation. They may then go to Northmont on April 22 for a double header beginning at 11 a.m.
